A Lesson To Learn

My grandma passed away this morning.Always a sad scene when someone u know and love died.But what I'm trying to tell is this...

My grandma, who is the mother of my mama has many children... 10 children if I'm not mistaken.Guess what? Only a few of them willing to take care of her, including 3 of my aunts (my mama's sisters), My sisters, my dad and me.. What is wrong with them? When asked how come they never visit and see my grandma by my mama... All they gave was excuses...  Come on, its your mother and she's dying..... And after this morning before her body was brought to kampung simboh for the funeral tomorrow, the remaining children of my deceased grandma finally showed up.. Whats the point Shedding tears now when u had the chance to see her while she still fine?

Me and my sisters greatly respect the sacrifices and effort shown by my mama and my aunts. They took care of her without hesitation.Knowing its their mom.And we learned that, we will take care of our parents when they grew older.Because we will grew older too... Love thy parents while they're still alive.... Honour and respect too... Nek, May You Rest In Peace....

WORK...WORK...WORK.. I'M SICK OF IT..

Sigh.. How i wish I knew how to make money work for me instead the other way around long time ago.. My head can't stand it anymore... You go to work, and then go home... Thats it.. At the end of the month, you got your pay.. Pay your bills, insurance, car installment, home mortgage etc.... Whats left of it is sure not enough in this Information Age... 

A couple of things why I hate working..

1.  Wake up early
2. Do things at work that you don't really enjoy doing
3. Sometimes, you have to work during holidays e.g Christmas, Gawai, Christmas...Valentine's Day... hukhukhuk....
4. Oh.. and weekends too... sob..sob..sob..
5. Missed ManUtd game live on ESPN or Star Sport....
6. NIte shift... Arghhhh!!! I need my sleep....
7. Sometimes when you feel that you deserved a little appreciation from your boss but didn't get it.. it sucks... Work hard but pay less...
8. Can't take leave because not enough manpower... (Really frustrating when you need that leave badly)  Hate tugging with others...
9. Nag...Nag... Nag by your boss... Even when you did nothing wrong... Bosses do that when their not in a mood... 

Fellow Followers... Give me your answers or point of view to this questions..

1. Are you willing to work for money for the rest of your life?
2. Do you ever wish you don't have to work anymore yet the cash keep coming in into your bank account?
3. How long can the government take care of us when we retire? For your info... In the U.S, Social Security fund is running out and there are millions of U.S citizens are going into retirement last year and years to come... Imagine $1000 for a person per month and multiple that amount to the millions? 

I know some of you really enjoy doing what you're doing at work or love your work.. Thats good actually...  But if you ever notice this... Work can be a wall of bricks and  it will limit you from doing something else... You cancel your plan... just because of work... It blocks you....

I'm not smart compare to some of you.. but are we financially literate equally? I believe that financial literacy is the key to financial freedom.. Freedom without enough money to live your life is not freedom at all... We all have dreams... Beach escape,world tour,vacation wise of course... get away from work stress... Don't you wish you can do that everyday? Go to Europe.. Bungee jump...Sky diving... Drive luxury cars... hehehe... Isn't that wonderful.....
