THOUGHTS AND DREAMS

When the lights was turned off, everything went silent and quiet.The feeling off tranquility and peace came upon the room.Although the room is small,yet it is able to provide the comfortness that he needs.then again, he his still wide awake...thinking and pondering and sometimes with a little smile on his face in the dark.The future that he wanted, the dreams he's been dreaming, the actions he's been taking...Everything that he knows he must do...He knows he'll achieved them.He always try to put aside the negative thoughts, everytime they come knocking.This routine actually helps him to sleep and rest well, without thinking any bad things that has happened to him.He knows when bad things happen, its an opportunity for him to be better and a problem-solver.Day by day he lives, there is always something new will happen.May it'll be wonderous or disastrous, its what he do what happens to him that counts.Positive reaction.Life is moving rapidly fast.Never take it for granted or he'll miss it.But he still have time to prove to this world, that he is here on Earth with a purpose.All humans are here with a purpose.Change the world he might think but first he must change himself.

MOVE RAYMOND...MOVE...

Went to our ourchard in Kpg Jambu this morning,my parents and i..Do some bush cutting..(phew)..Fortunately the weather wasn't hot...Thank God..

Done with the orchard after an hour or so, we went to our kampung house our have our meal...(boy,am i hungry) which my aunt prepared..Sagu,squirrel masak kicap,sup tempoyak,ikan masin...Exquisite!

After the great meal...I wonder around the back of the house and notice there's an empty land(not that big though) which aoutomatically trigger me.'Hey,i can open up another franchise of my rabbit project'.I ask my dad and he said 'Sure,if you want to'.Now thats what i want to hear.

About an hour at Kpg Jambu,our next stop was Kpg Simboh,my mom's place.(her kampung).There i talked to my uncle who was going to built the rabbit's hutch for my project there.We discussed about how and where we are going to set up the hutches.

Well,thats my progress for today..Will update soon and more to come on my projects.. ;)

AT THE MOMENT...THIS IS WHAT I HAVE...

Went to Agrobank just now and ask a few questions about the loan for my rabbit farm project.Two condition:

1.Must have another person to support the loan,preferable family member who is working.
2.Project must be at least 20% complete to approved the loan.

After that, i went to Grand Corner at MJC.Ask about the stall rent with the 'tauke' Mr. Wong and he gladly accepted with RM6 per day.I don't have to pay if I don't open any day.Great!

Laksa and rabbit farm...Can't wait to make use what God has given to me...Like Lenka said in her song...Use whats been given to you...

THE PLAN..

This are just some of my plans to increase my income.And i believe i can achieve it,step by step.These are what i am going to do.

1. Set up a Rabbit farm in two different location.One in Kpg Serumah and one in Kpg Simboh.
2. Opening up a laksa stall at Grand Corner coffeeshop in MJC.(its where i normally hang-out with my best friend Carlos)
3. Take a video of me singing and post on YouTube.(Maybe i might get a record deal from it just like Zee Avi did)
4. Blogging and write whatever comes through my mind.Adsense pays you know. ;)
5. Buy a small rental property with no down.(Anyone has one?)and rent it for cashflow.

Well,thats all for the time being.Later in the afternoon,i am going to visit Agrobank to inquiry about loans for my rabbit farm.Hopeful i'll get it.

WHEN PRESSURE MOUNTED

Lift yourself up.Don't be discourage or down.Head straighten up,shoulder tuck to the side,chest wide open.Be confident..

Believe that you can change your destiny.Life is a journey and you don't want to stay behinf from all the rest.

Plan your goals well.Keep focusing on them,like nothing else matters.Be truthful to them so it may be your burning desire.

Your goals won't work if you just sit there.Get up and get it going.Everyday is valuable and you got to keep moving fast.There is no time to waste.

Take every minute to think of ways you can achieved it.Because you actually CAN!

Don't forget...GOD is with you all the way and He'll be there when you need HIM.

Finally, watching Manchester United live! Evnthough i didn't get to meet the players or taking a shot with them, now i know how it feels like watching an EPL match..Hehe...At least thats how i felt then..
